The first completely electronic track we'd ever done. No guitars, just synths, arps and beats. A song about feeling as if you can't control your emotions, and that you're helpless against floods of cortisol, dopamine, and the like. The cover is of a beautiful but very polluted beach in Barcelona, with all kinds of detritus floating in the sea, which lent the title a nice double meaning.
